Own a stake in the "Oscars of Dance Music" — a 25-year, non-pay-to-play institution at the centre of a $17bn global industry, now scaling from one Ibiza night into a worldwide circuit of marquee events.
Unlike marketing-led popularity contests, the DJ Awards is decided by a Grand Jury of 50+ industry leaders and a global public vote — a 25-year "non-pay-to-play" heritage that creates a genuine, high-barrier-to-entry meritocracy.
In a $17bn global dance-music industry hungry for authentic, data-rich cultural institutions, that heritage is hard to replicate and expensive to buy — positioning the brand as an undervalued asset for a strategic acquirer.
Seed investment, by invitation. The DJ Awards is raising £250,000 at a £2.5m valuation — working capital to deliver this year's 25th Anniversary awards show at Amnesia on 7 October 2026.

Download the Deck →On stage at the 25th Anniversary this year, Andy Grant, our Managing Director, will announce the DJ Awards' first international event: DJ Awards USA — to be held in Miami during Art Basel (December next year) at the stunning Faena Theatre, with the after-party at Faena Forum. It follows the same format as the new DJ Awards Amnesia event: red-carpet arrival, dinner (with high-margin VIP tables sold), show & awards (broadcast via YouTube to the world), and the winners playing the after-party (general admission and VIP).
Before that, on the back of a successful relaunch this October, the DJ Awards will host a fundraiser with our US partners, Gospël nightclub (owned by DJ Awards investor and director James Huddleston), on Friday 4 December 2026 at the Faena Hotel Miami Beach — raising £1m at a £5m valuation to fund the three-year international expansion.
The Opportunity: 70% Projected CAGR | 6× Exit Multiple | SEIS Available
Year-5 Revenue (2030): £5.69M · Year-5 EBITDA (2030): £1.45M across 6 global events · Global sponsorship income scaling to £1.6M by 2030 · Dividends scheduled to commence in 2028.
The 2026–2030 forecast — straight from the model: scaling from one Ibiza night to six global events, including the annual Legends Tour from 2028. The full forecasts are in the prospectus.
2026 is the relaunch year (an investment year); the business is forecast to turn EBITDA-positive from 2027, with a targeted year-5 valuation of up to £15m (≈10× EBITDA). Dividends are scheduled to begin in 2028. Figures are management projections, not guarantees.
Benchmarked against recent consolidations of global dance-music IP — such as the Boiler Room acquisition by DICE, estimated at around £25m — the projected exit targets a £15m valuation within five years. For seed-stage investors that represents a targeted 6× return, ahead of a potential strategic acquisition by a global entertainment group or private-equity buyer.
