The event, the tables, the investment and the tax relief — in plain terms. Still stuck? Email andy@djawards.com.
Founded in Ibiza in 1998, the DJ Awards is the world's longest-running independent dance music awards — often called the "Oscars of Electronic Music". Winners are decided by a Grand Jury of 50+ industry leaders together with a global public vote, and are honoured in person.
The 25th Anniversary DJ Awards take place at Amnesia, Ibiza on 7 October 2026, with the after-party running till 6 AM. Nominees are announced and voting opens on 28 July 2026; voting closes on 6 September 2026.
Tables are sold in three drops of ten on the Buy Tickets page, with prices rising as voting opens and closes — the earliest tables are the cheapest. There's also the Chairman's Table, the Backstage Experience residency, and individual seats at shared tables once voting closes.
A private table for ten with an open bar all night: red-carpet arrival, champagne reception, a four-course gala dinner with silver service, an immersive show, front-row seats for the ceremony and a private VIP balcony with bottle service till 6 AM.
You can invest in the company behind the DJ Awards as it internationalises a 25-year, non-pay-to-play institution into a global circuit of events. It's a profitable cultural brand with signed tier-one partnerships, not a pre-revenue idea. The full story is on the Invest page and in the deck.

The seed round closes on 31 July 2026. The next opportunity to invest after that is the USA fundraiser at the Faena in December 2026, at a higher valuation.
It's simple and fully digital: (1) agree your investment amount; (2) you're sent a subscription letter with your deal terms to sign via Adobe e-sign; (3) sign and transfer your funds to our bank account; (4) once both are received we issue your digital share certificate; and (5) once the round closes, our accountants Cooper Parry register your investment with UK Companies House.
Investors receive quarterly management accounts and annual accounts, and are invited to the AGM — held annually in Ibiza on the day after the DJ Awards. You'll also get first access to tables, tickets and investor events across the global circuit.
The DJ Awards is raising £250,000 at a £2.5m valuation — working capital to deliver the 25th Anniversary at Amnesia — ahead of the USA fundraiser at the Faena in December 2026 (£1m at a £5m valuation). Full terms, valuation and timeline are set out in the forecasts and deck — view the forecasts, view the deck, or email andy@djawards.com.
The 5-year forecast (2026–2030) grows revenue from £0.97m to £5.69m as the business scales from one event to six, reaching £1.45m EBITDA by 2030 and a targeted valuation of up to £15m (≈10× EBITDA) — pointing to a targeted 6× return for seed investors. 2026 is a relaunch/investment year, with the plan turning EBITDA-positive from 2027 and dividends scheduled from 2028. See the financials. These are management projections, not guarantees.
The Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme is a UK government incentive offering up to 50% income tax relief on up to £200,000 per year, tax-free growth after three years and downside loss relief. Eligibility depends on your circumstances and HMRC approval. See the SEIS page and seek independent tax advice.
Each year the Grand Jury — chaired by a previous winner — agrees the categories so they reflect the evolving scene, then puts forward nominees. The public then votes globally for one month. Industry awards are decided by the Jury. It's a non-pay-to-play meritocracy.

This website is a summary for information only and does not constitute investment, financial or tax advice, nor an offer or invitation to invest. Investing in early-stage companies carries significant risk: the value of an investment can go down as well as up, you may lose all the capital you invest, and shares are illiquid and hard to sell. Forecasts and projections are illustrative targets based on current assumptions; they are not guarantees of future performance. SEIS tax reliefs depend on your individual circumstances, the company maintaining qualifying status, and HMRC approval, and the rules may change. Please seek independent professional advice before investing. Full terms are set out in the investor deck and any formal offer documentation.
